We're looking for a driven and structured Business Development Representative to be the tip of the spear as we enter the Dutch market. You'll work closely with our Founder and leadership, Sales Executive, and Marketing Lead to make sure the right property companies in the Netherlands get introduced to proprty.ai.

We’re looking for someone who embraces the latest AI innovation and is excited to put it into action. You've probably worked in a startup or fast-paced environment before and know what it takes to thrive when the playbook is still being written. That excites you, not intimidates you.
To shine in this role, you need to be curious, persistent, and methodical. You understand that opening great conversations requires more than a good script — it takes genuine interest in the customer's world and the discipline to follow through.
Identify and research target accounts within your target market
Run outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
Book and prepare discovery meetings for the Co-founder and Sales Executive
Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on messaging and targeting
Be a key player in our new market motion, helping shape the BDR motion and best practices, and feeding market insights back into the team to sharpen our go-to-market approach
You have 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar outward-facing role — B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus
You're comfortable picking up the phone and initiating conversations with people who aren't expecting your call
You work in a structured, consistent way, able to identify what’s working and what’s not, and iterate on your approach along the way
You communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and in conversation
You're results-oriented and motivated by hitting targets
You actively look for ways to use technology to work smarter. You use tools like ChatGPT, Clay, or similar to scale your outreach and sharpen your research, and you're always looking for the next thing that gives you an edge
You know your way around a CRM — HubSpot experience is ideal
Native Dutch speaker with professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
You live in Copenhagen or are willing to relocate
Experience from the real estate industry is a plus, not a requirement
